Richard enhances customer and employee experiences using innovative technology. With over 20 years of Contact Centre experience, he’s worked as an Agent, distributor, reseller, vendor, consultant and integrator. His vendor expertise includes account management, business development, channel management, professional services, product development, AI, and team leadership.

As a committee member of the Customer Contact Network New Zealand (CCNNZ), Richard promotes excellence in customer experience, shares insights, and stays updated on industry trends. He focuses on optimising customer journeys to create personalised and efficient experiences and was recently a judge in the Support Person of the Year category.

Richard also serves as the Event Director at Auckland's Cornwall Park parkrun, a global initiative organising 5-kilometre events for around 300 walkers, runners, and volunteers every Saturday.
